In case of PPP application, both write and read are performed on AT thread. The waiting will make AT thread not to read from PS IPC. * The PS IPC callback is called with lock hold. When AT thread is busy, send event to AT thread may be blocked. And then PS IPC read write will be blocked also, due to can't get the lock. Now, callback are called without lock. It will be unsafe for PS IPC interface delete. So, PS IPC interfaces are changed from create/delete to open/close. Event an interface is closed, the pointer itself is valid. * Also, add a feature to trigger AP assert when IDLE_RES0 is written to 0xdead.
